Merrick Wolfe has spent many years behind the scenes as a manager across numerous areas of showbiz. He was a film and video production coordinator at several different companies in Los Angeles, most notably the original giant of music video production, Propaganda Films.
He worked two completely different stints at The Walt Disney Company: first on the corporate side at the main studio in Burbank in the '90s, and then a decade later as stage manager of shows and events at Walt Disney World in Orlando, where one of his favorite positions was co-managing Epcot's nightly fireworks spectacular. In theatre, Merrick managed several shows on the road as well as in Vegas where he worked twice at Mandalay Bay Resort on two direct-from-Broadway shows: first as associate company manager of Chicago The Musical starring Ben Vereen and Chita Rivera and then as the original company manager of MAMMA MIA! which went on to a five-year run. He was also an original associate company manager on the Vegas version of the off-Broadway hit Blue Man Group and then served as the very first company manager of the NETworks tour of the Broadway hit musical, Fosse, directed and choreographed by Debra McWaters.
Merrick has also produced or production managed more than a dozen benefit concerts and events on both coasts. He attended Syracuse University and the American Film Institute and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
